Raw diversity based on physical characteristics of race, sex, etc. has as much to do with quality and excellence of wisdom and intellect as the color blue, or the humidity factor or 60%… unless, of course, you’re a racist, sexist, etc.. Diversity without competition and competitive selection on merit is worthless, at best.
