Jamie Foxx: Hollywood does have a violent influence on the culture
Jamie Foxx, one of the industry’s biggest stars, said Saturday as he promoted Quentin Tarantino’s upcoming ultra-violent spaghetti Western-style film about slavery, “Django Unchained,” that actors can’t ignore the fact that movie violence can influence people.
“We cannot turn our back and say that violence in films or anything that we do doesn’t have a sort of influence,” Foxx said in an interview on Saturday. “It does.”
In true Tarantino form, buckets of blood explode from characters as they are shot or shredded to pieces by rabid dogs in “Django Unchained.”

You have no influence. Let’s just see how well this movie does at the box office. Bet it is a bomb after the comments on SNL.

Jamie Foxx: racist douchebag.
I’m trying to think of a reason to care what that worthless POS has to say but it’s just not coming to me.

I watched The Expendables 2 last night. What a waste of film. The violence, though cartoonish, was sickening.

So maybe we should ban Hollywood instead of guns?

Hollywood certainly pushes depravity – as is the left’s main goal – but who cares what jamie Foxx’s opinion is about anything? He’s an idiot.

You know, we talk of how the new strategy seems to be “muddying the waters” to the point of not knowing the truth (Benghazi, F&F, etc), I think this would be a fine time to turn that strategy on them.
They say we need gun control? Fine, we need to censor the violence out of movies and TV. We need to limit access to action movies and outright ban violent hip hop/metal music lyrics. We should have a “discussion” on the impact these films have on people.
Make them choke on it.

If only you could. Alas, people who think like you are few and far between these days.

Hollywood want to show their concern? Pull that movie.

Here’s one: We give in on SSM and we get back the production code in Hollywood, ensuring we would never see a gay character on screen ever again.
I don’t think that word means what you think it means.

Look at what has changed that past few years – guns have been around for 160 years – so that isn’t different.
What has changed?
Well we have a Media that glorifies these mass shooting suspect 24/7 as well as it’s rotting of the culture from within.
But yeah, let’s place the blame on inanimate objects so it only makes the situation worse by disarming the innocent and empowers evil.
