Over ten years.

$900 billion would completely offset the estimated deficit for 2013.

That is only one year, I thought we were talking trillions in Obama deficits each year. I can’t do that math. Please try to explain it to me again.

I want cuts THIS year, and less deficit THIS year, not over ten years. That is playing with numbers. I realize congress counts money by leaps of ten years, but we also count deficits per year. Where are these obscure facts?
