LMAO. Okay dude, sure, you’re right, all those states that went for Romney are going to ratify a complete reversal of the 2nd Amendment.
Other things that are going to happen:
1. Roe v. Wade will be overturned tomorrow and we’ll get a national right to life amendment in the Constitution, which will be ratified by Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Oregon and California.
2. We’ll get national right-to-work legislation that will eventually turn into a Constitutional amendment banning all unions, authored by Senators Trumka and Hoffa.
3. A Constitutional amendment defining marriage as one man and one woman will be passed and signed into law by President Anderson Cooper, and ratified by all 52 states, including Guam and Puerto Rico.
4. President Hu Jintao (installed after the US was sold wholesale to China) introduces legislation to repeal the 1st Amendment. His Vice-President, Tom Friedman, is ecstatic at this news.
5. President Al Gore signs into law the “Carbon Sucks Act,” restricting all Americans to one car, one child and one kitchen appliance per household. He then leaves in his giant private jet, billowing plumes of acrid black smoke.
And again, I should trust my 2A rights to a clown that uses idiot terms like weapons-grade weaponry? (Most weapons are “weapons grade)

At the point where I would be compelled to concede that The Constitution, that I swore to defend against all enemies foreign or domestic, would be rendered meaningless, would immediately make any effort on the US Military’s part in that reguard, meaningless.
I’m not worried because in my heart I know “you know” you’ll never achieve this. You’re simply a liberal and as such find it easy to use a tragedy like this to come here and think you’re yanking our chains.
If you’re engaging in any real delusion here today that your side is anywhere near capaple of this simply because you’ve managed to reelect the worst president in my lifetime, you’ve got more to think about on the subject of your own mental health. Because it won’t happen. Can’t happen. You’d be crazy to try.
It’s impossible to fail more than the guy who thinks Flyover Country is going to help you with your wet dream of a Constitutional Amendment banning gun ownership after your side has spent the past half-century vilifying them as slack-jawed cousin-****ing pond scum.
Seriously, though, good luck on your crusade. I’m sure you’ll have a lot of success convincing states like Idaho, North Dakota and Wyoming that elitist Northeastern liberals who have never even held a gun should be in charge of all decisions made about their gun ownership.

Say b8tch do you know what a fallacious argument is? While you are at it please show us your example you used in this thread. That way we’ll know …you know.
China has witnessed a series of assaults by knife-wielding attackers on schools in recent years. Many have been blamed on personal grudges or people with psychiatric problems:
April 30, 2010: A farmer attacked and injured five kindergarten students with a hammer in Shandong province’s Weifang city before burning himself to death. The man struck a teacher who tried to block him and then used the hammer to attack the children. None of the children had life-threatening injuries.
April 29, 2010: A 47-year-old unemployed man attacked a classroom of 4-year-olds at a kindergarten in Jiangsu province, wounding 28 of them. Two teachers and a security guard were also hurt.
April 28, 2010: A man wielding a knife broke into a primary school in Leizhou city in Guangdong province in southern China and stabbed 18 students and a teacher.
April 12, 2010: Yang Jiaqin, 40, hacked to death a second grader and an elderly woman near an elementary school in Xizhen village of the southern Guangxi region. The attack came one day before Yang’s family was scheduled to send him to a hospital for psychological treatment. He had been diagnosed with a mood disorder.
March 23, 2010: Zheng Minsheng, 42, killed eight children in a knife attack at the Nanping Experimental Elementary School in south China’s Fujian province. Zheng was executed April 28.
March 2, 2009: Xu Ximei, 40, hacked two preschoolers, aged 4 and 6, to death with a kitchen knife and injured three other children and a grandmother at a primary school in Mazhan, a village in Guangdong province, and at a yard in the village. Xu was believed to be mentally disabled.
Feb. 24, 2008: Chen Wenzhen, a former student at the Leizhou No. 2 Middle School in Guangdong province, stabbed to death a boy and a girl, then killed himself. Chen had dropped out half a year earlier because he suffered from headaches and could not concentrate on his studies, state media said.
June, 2007: A man state media identified only by his surname, Su, broke into the Chiling Primary School in Longtang township in Guangdong and killed a 9-year-old boy with a kitchen knife. Three other students were seriously wounded. The attacker had been seen quarreling with the boy’s parents in the past.
May 24, 2006: Yang Xinlong hacked a neighbor to death in the village of Luoying in central China’s Henan province, then took 19 elementary school students hostage and killed one before police subdued him. Yang was hospitalized after police shot him when he refused to surrender.
Nov. 25, 2004: Yan Yiming, 21, broke into a Chinese high school dormitory and stabbed nine boys to death in Ruzhou, Henan province. Yan’s mother turned him in to police after he attempted suicide on the day following the attack. He was executed two months later.
Aug. 4, 2004: Xu Heping, 51, a part-time gatekeeper at a Beijing kindergarten killed one student and slashed 14 others and three teachers. State media said at the time Xu had a history of schizophrenia. The attack, near the compound where President Hu Jintao and other Chinese leaders live and work, prompted the government to order stepped up security at schools nationwide.
there’s a reason you’re not allowed to protect your home with an ac-130. it’s not up to you to decide what firepower you need for self-defense. if you think the law is not sufficient to protect you, improve it or its enforcement, but we’re not gonna let you pick any weapon you fancy. gun laws are far too permissive. nobody needs a semi-automatic rifle for self-defense, and if it’s a hobby, well, we don;t give a shit, you just have to pick another pastime. simples.

In St. Louis, the gangs have community gun banks. If you need a gun, you go to an abandoned house where guns are kept. When you are done with it, you return it to its hiding place.
In any inner city area all you need are the right contacts to get your weapon of choice.

According to a study by the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, based on data collected by the Center for Disease Control, 1.5 white Americans in 100,000 were shot and killed in 2007 — still higher than the Canadian rate of 0.6, but, given the population densities of the two nations, at least in the same ballpark.
Unless you think the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence is in some sinister conspiracy with the CDC to support us darn rednecks, it looks like you’re wrong. We have less violent murders than our peers in Germany, the U.K., Spain and other similar developed republics/democracies.
There’s a reason I’m only looking at white Americans, by the way, and it’s not because Hispanics and African-Americans have higher rates of gun violence. It’s because, with the exception of Cho, most of these spree killers fit the same profile: young white males with a history of mental illness. So if you really want to say this is an epidemic, compare them to their peers.

Wow, 4 studies, which found gems like this:
WHOAMG!!1! Places with more guns have more gun violence?! Next you’re going to tell me that places with more cars have more automobile accidents!
Of course, what the studies don’t account for is:
1. Decreased crime rate in the US from the 1970′s to the present, even though gun availability has gone way up.
2. Doesn’t compare rates of similar non-gun violence (assaults, rapes) in areas with less gun access.
3. Newest study uses data almost a decade old.
4. None of these studies relate to incidents like today, because spree killings are incredibly rare and isolated.
