Police: Gunman had “altercation” with school staff day before shooting
The gunman in the Newtown massacre had an “altercation” with four staff members at Sandy Hook Elementary School the day before he killed 20 children, six adults and himself there, Connecticut and federal officials told NBC News Saturday.
Three of the four staff members were killed Friday in one of the worst school shootings in U.S. history. The fourth staff member was not at school that day and is being interviewed by federal and state investigators, NBC News’ Pete Williams said.
Two days before that, Adam Lanza, 20, went to a sporting goods store in Danbury, Conn., and tried to purchase a rifle, but was rebuffed because the state has a waiting period for gun sales, the officials said.

So did anyone report this so called “altercation”?

This gets weirder & weirder. He tries to buy a gun but there is a waiting period. The next day, he gets into a fight with 4 people at the school. The following day, he kills his mother, drives to school where for some unknown reason the principle buzzes him in because she knew his mother, who may or may have not worked there.

A decent president, alas, would just express his condolences, from his family and the land, and not make any political hay.
He killed the last shred of decency in AmeriKa.
He even used this incredible tragedy, yesterday and today, for inserting himself into it, politically. To Hades.

And yet some moron buzzed him in?
ButterflyDragon on December 15, 2012 at 2:31 PM
Yeah, I’m not really commenting on this because we don’t know much about this story.

Considering his age, I still keep thinking schizophrenia. I’m probably every bit as accurate as the media has been.
Cindy Munford on December 15, 2012 at 2:31 PM
Okay, now they’re saying he wasn’t buzzed in.
ButterflyDragon on December 15, 2012 at 2:33 PM
Oh but bho doesn’t have to at this point. bho suggested ‘meaningful action’ and now he is letting bhopres/d’s/and any other bunch go out a say we need gun control! bho is great at doing this, he plows up a little snake and lets others go out to plow up the python!

Make sure your training and skills are up to snuff, and carry your F-ing gun.

The anti gun crowd had better hurry and get their licks in before the whole story comes out and makes it look like maybe there was more to this than just that there were guns involved.

Late teens and early twenties is prime time for the emergence of serious mental illness.
Bipolar disorder and schizophrenia can take functioning individuals and render them progressively delusional over a very short period of time. These meltdowns can occur in a matter of hours, and can certainly occur over a period of two or three days of deteriorating contact with reality. In a psychotic state, people are fully capable of planning and carrying out horrific actions that reflect their delusional ideation, not reality.

The liberals I know are pushing hard on the “assault weapon ban” angle, but it would seem the rifle wasn’t even used.
They’re going to do whatever they can to disarm us, because that’s the first step to in their desire to remove our freedoms.
ButterflyDragon on December 15, 2012 at 2:52 PM
i wish more people would realize that THIS is the problem, not the gun. his mental illness is the source of the problem. the anti-gun people won’t stop talking about the gun, but they barely mention his mental illness and how it obviously wasn’t treated properly.

He knew the “truth” about Benghazi so FEMA put fluoride in his water, Muslim Brotherhood brainwashed him and Morsi drove him to school to murder kids as a means to distract us from Kenya’s links to gun-running operation that would expose Holder as the alien lizard who faked the moon landing?
Is this really too far fetched? Why are we focusing on the guns when there’s so much else involved here? What’s the agenda behind the agenda which is hiding behind the true agenda?

Oh wait… we didn’t mean that part!

Yes, that’s it, it’s gotta be FEMA or the Muslim Brotherhood.
Lanza and TJ Lane and Loughner and Cho and Holmes and Klebold and Harris had nothing in common. I refuse to believe they were all males in their late teens/early 20′s who showed clear warning signs of severe mental illness.

I love lefty consistency, by the way:
Scenario 1: An extremely small percentage of gun owners (less than 1% of 1%) use their guns in awful killing sprees. The reaction? Ban guns! Guns are bad! Get rid of all guns! **** the 2nd Amendment!
Scenario 2: A small percentage of Muslims either verbally/spiritually support, fund, participate in or agitate for terrorism and violence against Americans. But don’t you dare blame Islam! If you do, you’re a racist!

You clearly did not read the articles. It was a justice department program that provided money for security and cops. It was dropped because congress decided not to do earmarks anymore and certain liberal groups like Justice Policy Institute pressured Obama not to push it. They produced a paper that called: “Education Under Arrest” in which they pushed that cops in the school is bad for the kids. I looked at their website and their mission statement is:
Sounds like something Lester you would love to join…it has all the special progressive key words…

Uh, sorry – after NBC’s crucifixion of George Zimmerman in the name of ratings St. Trayvon, they have less than zero credibility when it comes to breaking news involving gun homicides.

There was no altercation ………………… another false news report.

I wonder if the shooter used to troll political web sites–especially those of his political opponents?
