This is like the old way of ‘solving’ violent behavior with lobotomies. It’s but a Band-Aid on the problem…and a hideously crude one with that. Absolutely no better than the idea of ‘scum villages’.

The results probably could be duplicated using radio waves or intercepting beams of microwaves to burn and an MRI to map the areas without opening the skull.

We will find out in the re-education camps, where all the new surgical and medical techniques will be tested. Once perfected, Whites be processed and to become more “compliant”, though I am sure it will be reserved for the really difficult inmates, like Rush Limbaugh or Sarah Palin and Tea Party activists.
