WH: Obama hasn’t decided on Cabinet picks
President Obama hasn’t finalized any picks for his second-term Cabinet, White House press secretary Jay Carney said Monday.
“I can promise you that no decisions have been made by the president,” Carney said during his daily briefing.

I thought the answer would have been that he didn’t know how to create jobs, which would explain our entire economic situation at the moment.
