Obama goes powergolfing with Clinton, McAuliffe
President Obama today played golf at Andrews Air Force Base with Bill Clinton, U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk and Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe, according to the White House press office.
The outing seems to be part thank you to Clinton – who campaigned heavily for the president – and part strategy session for McAuliffe, who is personally close to Clinton.

Time for King Barry to pay Billy Jeff back for one of the most abject lies ever told: that no one could have done a better job with the economy.

McAuliffe wants Obama to (a) give him access to his magic turnout database technology; (b) to pledge to endorse McAuliffe early and to campaign heavily to turnout base Democrats in Norfolk, Richmond, NoVa.

That’s what it’s all about. Terry is worried about political loser Tom Perriello running to his left and snatching up the nomination and has to appeal to his Barryness for help.
I’m personally hoping that Cooch and RVA (not holding my breath here) are fully aware of the Left’s turnout operation. The Left has turned campaigning into a permanent gig and are training new organizers all year.

tit for tat– Obama will be expected to campaign heavily for Clinton’s BFF, the mouthbreather McAuliffe

As par for course.. the losing party will be winning the VA and NJ governors’ races. This always happens.. which means vapid bozo in NJ will still be in power. However, the VA guy seems cool.

Hey, remember when a president who golfed during times of turmoil was indifferent towards the direction the country was going?
Good times, good times.

Maybe they’re trying to figure out how to protect Terry “Global Crossing” McCauliffe from being smeared like Romney was on Bain. Except in Terry’s case, the smear would probably be justified.

Two reactions: The Little Civil Rights Hen: Don’t you hate it when someone else does all the heavy lifting and some clown comes in and takes the bows and acts like he did it?
If Bush or Romney had posted a photo like that, would there be any end to the outrage?

They boasted and bet a lot. They all cheated. They strutted and taunted when they won a hole. And they all agreed to pay each other off using other people’s money.
They govern the same way.
