Two more years for Debbie Wasserman-Schultz as DNC chief?
Pelosi’s Nov. 14 decision to stay left the top ranks in place, stranding three would-be leaders — Van Hollen, Wasserman Schultz and current Caucus Chairman John B. Larson of Connecticut — without obvious places to move up to.
That dynamic leaves Van Hollen and Wasserman Schultz, if they want to make future bids to move up the ranks, in the position of burnishing their leadership bona fides outside the formal leadership structure. Both are fixtures on cable television and loyal foot soldiers of the party, but they would still lack the formal leadership staff and perks that come with being leader, whip or the like.
Former Rep. David E. Bonior of Michigan, once minority whip, said Wasserman Schultz did “extraordinarily” well as Democratic National Committee chairwoman. “She is tenacious. You can just see it in her body language,” Bonior said.

Why not…?
Obama won so that means every lie she told is now the truth.

Van Hollen is a complete doosh. I heard him being interviewed this morning by Martha McCallum on FOX, and he did not give one straight answer to a single question that she was asking him.
From that standpoint, he’d probably be perfect for the job as DNC chair.

I think winning in spite of applies here.

Why not? She is the ugliest cow on TV, from the inside to out…
Gingsberg wants an all ‘women’ court now.
Rice is the stupidest cow of them all.
Leftists have a sampling of stupidity, unparaded before in all of history. Let them be seen.
Sane and smart women s/b indignant.

Sure, it says it all about how much they plan to work together to get things done. She’s the poster child of cooperation./

“Tenacious” is not exactly the word I’d use to describe Wasserface. My choices, however, are unprintable.

Yeah, Van Hollen was pretty pathetic, as usual. I got a kick out of his insistence that he wanted to, somewhow, reduce the cost of MediCare but refused to consider moving the age floor. LOL. And then he went on to claim that ObamaScare had reduced the cost of MediCare without any pushback from Martha, really. Well, she did point out that doctors would just stop taking MediCare patients but Van Hollen then spewed some junk about people being satisfied with MediCare, totally avoiding the question of access.
I get so sick when I listen to these idiots in power. I’d rather have Incitatus than any of these leftist fools. The horse would do far less damage. Then again … we now live in the American Socialist Superstate, so I don’t know that there is anything that can be done to rein these fools in. It’s time for a divorce. The only way to continue America is to start anew. This nation has turned and cannot be restored. Benedickhead Roberts put the penultimate nail in that coffin, with the re-election sealing it for good.

A minor irritant. I’m saving my impotent outrage for Eric Holder’s or Hillary’s nomination to the Supremes.

We can only hope. She’s not the disaster that Michael Steele was for us, but I like that she’s one of the more prominent faces of the Democratic Party.
