Showdown: Egyptian judges condemn Morsi’s power grab
In a statement, the Supreme Judicial Council called his move “an unprecedented attack on the independence of the judiciary and its rulings,” and called on him to reverse it.
Judges and prosecutors in Egypt’s second city Alexandria have gone on strike in protest, saying they will not return to work until the decree is reversed.
The BBC’s Jon Leyne in Cairo says the response of the judges has been tough, if fairly predictable.
There had been reports that the council was about to disband the constituent assembly for a second time, he added, a move that could seriously derail the transition to democracy and further delay new parliamentary elections.

“Democracy” meaning “autocratic rule by the President as a tyrant representing the Muslim Brotherhood, regardless of the rights or desires of any other Egyptian citizens.”

Judges?
The only Judge is Allah.
And Allah’s earthly representative, Morsi.
How dare anyone oppose the will of all-knowing Allah!

Too bad that the Egyptians had a choice to vote to vote for democracy one time. It looks like they made the wrong choice and will not have another chance.

Michelle Obama is worried about her innauguration gown.
Did you see her, in the style of Mrs. Roosevelt, helping the downtrodden on Thanksgiving?
Me neither.

This part of the revolution still does not show how much power Morsi has on the army. He has replaced the leaders but the middle to lower level officers have their own interests and not much has been seen which way there loyalties are. Is there a split in the army where some divisions are loyal to the MB and some loyal to there own bank accounts and interests. Are they all fully Muslim Brotherhood and just a name change away from being the revolutionary guard. As long as the Morsi’s puppets and minions do not interfere with their interests like order them to arm Gaza with modern US made military grade long range missiles that the iron dome will not get stop and do real damage in Israel, arrest and public execute the judges, or stop their financial interests of collecting taxes that they skim they will be fine to go along with what he does.
