Today’s CIA is loaded with lawyers. It doesn’t even remotely resemble what it used to be, or is meant to be.

It is what Obama wants it to be, weak and ineffective.

I’m imagining a situtation room full of system admins, all pulling on their Kevlar vests before drone strikes, and in unison yelling “BOOM! Headshot!” afterwards.
