This is easily fixed.

Just tell the Pashtun that Paula Broadwell was actually Paul Broadwell, a 12-year old boy that Petraeus kept for his amusement. They’ll understand immediately.

There’s a lot to criticize in American culture and acceptance of adultery. But the Pashtun with their notorious moral debauchery have no room to criticize anyone else.
