Buffalo News
First newspaper endorsement of 2016 campaign goes to…
We’ve barely finished a bruising, expensive campaign for president, but it’s not too early to be thinking about who would make an excellent candidate for the presidency in 2016 – particularly if there is a conspicuously capable individual already on the political scene.
There is such a candidate, and it should surprise no one that her name is Hillary Clinton.
She would bring vastly more leadership, experience and judgment to the White House, compared with its current occupant.

Yeah, she did a great job handling Benghazi.

What an opening line. It’s like going to the mall and seeing Hallowe’en and Christmas (excuse me…Xmas) decorations side by each.
Incredible.

What has she ever done except spawn a fugly first daughter and be popular enough to win as a Democrat in NY? Oh yeah – and murder Vince Foster.
CycloneCDB on November 14, 2012 at 12:54 PM
In the first place, she already looks like 20 miles of bad road. Secondly, I don’t think I’m alone in wondering when we’re finally going to be rid of the Clintons and the Bushes.

She’ll drink herself to death by then.

The fun thing about Hillary Clinton is always that we get to see the same unhinged hysterical reaction from the Palin crowd, that the kos/huffpo crowd gives to Palin.
The same exact thing.
Moesart on November 14, 2012 at 1:00 PM
Yup. She’s done a stellar job as sec of state.
The Rogue Tomato on November 14, 2012 at 1:05 PM
Yreah, like you’ve always been the model of moderation when it comes to unhinged Palin-hate. There’s nothing hysterical in noting that Hillary looks pretty damn ravaged. But I guess she looks like someone who wouldn’t turn you down, so she’s cool, eh?

Love it. Ready to make my sizable donation the moment she announces.

Think about it what is hillary going to look like in 2016. The U.S is a youth obsessed culture especially for women.
ChunkyLover on November 14, 2012 at 1:15 PM
She’ll be in a creche with Biden by then.
Schadenfreude on November 14, 2012 at 1:20 PM
I’m not sure I could take 8 years of Obama, followed up with more…Clinton. Gawd, we’re so screwed.

Whew.
ddrintn on November 14, 2012 at 1:22 PM
first of all, it’s interesting that you, who doesn’t even like palin, are the first one to mention her. no one else was talking about her… she lives in your head rent-free!
and second, you’re delusional if you think that we palin supporters treat hillary the same way the PDSers treat palin. wow. that’s definitely not true, we aren’t unhinged crazies like the PDSers. what a ridiculous claim to make.

Well, I’ll tell ya. We can thank good ol’ moderate George H. W. for playing such a big role in getting these fourth-rate Borgias onto the national scene. We’ll never be rid of either clan.
ddrintn on November 14, 2012 at 1:25 PM
If the Dems want her in, they’ll just cheat her into office.
Apparently nobody on the GOP side seems to care about fair elections.
The Rogue Tomato on November 14, 2012 at 1:27 PM
…shriveled-up old LADY PARTS.
Pork-Chop on November 14, 2012 at 1:31 PM
She’s “clearly the best candidate”? Really? On what basis? I find it hard to believe that in the entire country, there’s not a single Democrat who brings more to the table than Hillary. How narrow minded.
Still, it’s surprising to see The Buffalo News, your standard left-leaning newspaper, take such a direct shot at our Lightbringer-in-Chief

I was discussing this eventuality just the other day with another disappointed Romney/Ryan voter. Hillary has never governed anything. She’s been in and around government forever, but going from lawyer to first lady of Arkansas to First Lady of the U.S. to Senator does not a leader/chief executive make. She’s been a legislator for 8 years and that’s it.
And for my liberal Facebook friends who have touted Elizabeth Warren for the top of the ticket, I’ve told them, “You’ve already had your not-yet full-term first-time Senator of dubious genealogical origin for one century. Move along.”
