Rush pointed out today that the cost of the new administrative expense associated with Obamacare is more than enough to pay the insurance bills for ALL of the uninsured!!! So every penny spent on Obamacare is just waste which diverts money from those who need help with insurance bills to administrators whose job is to PREVENT healthcare.

Obama should be forced to study and be tested on the Affordable Care Act – in fact, everyone who votes on it should be forced to get a 90% or better on such a test, or they are not allowed to vote on it. Said test to be designed by Republicans.

If he really had to study, Mr. Lazypants wouldn’t be so fond of 2700-page bills.

Next, the tax code. 90% or better, Barry. I challenge you.
