Don’t know if it needs more htan a simple majority or not, but that would be something Boehner might allow, just to let the GOP caucus let off some steam.

I am not sure a convicted felon who lost his voting rights is someone even the dumbest people want in Congress.

There will be a seat warmer and he will be back as in time for the election of congressman for life in 2014. They might even work so that he does not have to resign for the charges but health problems and if he wants he can serve both in jail and in congress at the same time.

Hmm…Dan Rostenkowski, Mel Reynolds, Rod Blagojevich… yeah, I guess we’re about due for another Chicago congressman to go to jail.

(Yes, Blago was in Congress before he became Governor.)
