Top Obama backer: He’ll be unleashed in his second term
“He doesn’t have to play to get re-elected anymore, which is huge,” said Chicago supporter Jim Slama, who first met Obama in 2001. “It frees him to be who he is.”…
“I’m hopeful,” said Slama. “He’ll try to play to the middle, but he’s got the Tea Party to deal with, and he can take out his baseball bat and wail away and he won’t have to worry about the implications of re-election.”
With the election of progressive Elizabeth Warren in Massachusetts, and Tammy Baldwin in Wisconsin, Obama’s long time backers feel the liberal spirit inside the president could be unleashed: climate change, gun control, and immigration reform perhaps heading to the top of the agenda. (After, that is, the “fiscal cliff.”)

The idiots who voted for him have absolutely no idea what’s about to hit them.
Liberals never stop trying to regulate and control. They only exception is when they killed millions of people. It never changes. History is full of people who bought this bullshyt and by the time they woke up it was too late.

May he unleash his destruction 100%.
The land of 52% of fools deserves it to perfection.
May the destruction be total.
It is one thing to elet a no one.
It is something altogether different to re-elect him.
May he destroy the land until she yells incessantly in pain.

He’ll still need the backing of Congress. Everyone in the house has to worry about election every two years and 2/3 of the senate will be up for re-election over the next 4.
That should temper things at least somewhat.

Has OSHA written the safety rules\regulations of what is required for going off a fiscal cliff?

Old news. We heard it last night when he said he’s going to “perfect” America. Bring it on, Bammie. Do what you have to do. May your liberal base be the first to suffer the consequences of your lunacy.

Yup. As Michelle Obama said, “Just imagine what Barack can do in four more years.”
You’d think that one line alone would have gotten Romney elected.

0bama can murder babies on the white house lawn and BBQ them up in front of every camera in America, and the Senate wouldn’t kick him out of office.

Good. Let him send his stupid liberal agenda to the House to die and disappoint his sycophants all over again.
alchemist19 on November 7, 2012 at 2:50 PM
No he won’t. The EPA is set to run wild, all without any input from Congress. He’ll merely use regulation and executive orders to complete our destruction.

The best is yet to come – Barack Obama.
Nice to know I’m gonna get beat up with a baseball bat, I hope I can get some health care for that and they leave my precious vagina alone.
kringeesmom on November 7, 2012 at 2:51 PM
LOL
I remember some GOP consultant saying something similar about Bush after his win in 2004. And back then the GOP controlled Congress.
Second terms don’t usually end well for the president, especially if won by a small margin. Ask Truman or Bush.
Norwegian on November 7, 2012 at 2:51 PM
I like you, Jade, really I do, but this is a guy who had a special rubber stamp made which says “By Executive Order of Barack Obama”.
Back when the man was still a one-term POTUS Bark said he felt he needed to sidestep Congress to get his agenda passed, now that he’s been reelected…it’s open season and we’re the ducks.

Those things can easily be undone, as bad as they are.
I say bring it.
Voters didn’t vote for a radical. He continually campaigns as a left of center politician.
Show the entire public your true colors. The Democrats will be so heavily chastened after that.
blatantblue on November 7, 2012 at 2:52 PM
He already has everything he needs in place, including his enforcement agencies. All they have to do is start issuing regulations. He doesn’t need Congress for anything.
darwin on November 7, 2012 at 2:52 PM
And, I don’t mean that in a good way.
totherightofthem on November 7, 2012 at 2:52 PM
Obama has already demonstrated that he doesn’t see any need to worry about Congress. The Democrats are in his pocket and simply want to suck up to the messiah and the Republicans are cowards simply content to collect their paychecks and pretend to be the “new American aristocracy.”

He has a shadow government,…47 tsars, plus EO, the EPA with Lisa Jackson, and a corrupt DOJ. He doesn’t need the House
a capella on November 7, 2012 at 2:53 PM
Actually the House files the articles. Boehner hasn’t used his full ability to investigate the president in the past 2 years. I expect he’ll do more of that in the next 2.
alwaysfiredup on November 7, 2012 at 2:54 PM
Exactly. Second terms are almost always letdowns and this should be no different. Bush’s second term sucked. All Clinton did in his was avoid impeachment and not get in the way of the internet boom. Reagan’s was nothing special except for Iran Contra, Nixon didn’t survive his, the second term of JFK/LBJ was so bad that Johnson went back to Texas, Ike’s wasn’t great and got Kennedy elected. etc. etc.
