Newest place to follow election results: The Manhattan skyline?
CNN tells POLITICO that it has taken control of the lights on the Empire State Building, where it will measure electoral votes in real time for all of New York City — and the nation — to see. The tip of the building will feature a red bar for Mitt Romney and a blue bar for President Obama. As the votes go up, so go the lights.
