When did the White House learn that the Benghazi attack was preplanned?
There are two possibilities. Either the intelligence community had a detailed picture of what happened in Benghazi that night and failed to share it with other administration officials and the White House. Or the intelligence community provided that detailed intelligence picture to others in the administration, and Obama, Biden, Clinton, Susan Rice, and others ignored and manipulated the intelligence to tell a politically convenient—but highly inaccurate—story.
If it’s the former, DNI James Clapper should be fired. If it’s the latter, what happened in Benghazi—and what happened afterwards—will go down as one of the worst scandals in recent memory.
It seems far more likely that it’s the latter. After all, is it conceivable that White House officials at the highest levels were not actively engaged in interagency meetings to determine what happened in Benghazi? Is it conceivable that intelligence officials, knowing there was no evidence at all of a link between the film and Benghazi, would fail to tell the president and his colleagues that their claims were unfounded? Is it conceivable that somehow the latest intelligence on the 9/11 attacks was left out of Obama’s intelligence briefings in the days after 9/11? It would have been a priority for every professional at the CIA, the State Department, and the National Security Council to discover exactly what happened in Benghazi as soon as possible. Is it conceivable that the information wasn’t passed to the most senior figures in the administration?

Col. David Hunt explains how at least 12 command centers got near INSTANTANEOUS info when the Benghazi consulate was attacked, including a manned WH situation room. Hundreds of government personnel listened/watched for 6 hours in real time as the attack ensued. Hunt says it is standard operating procedure when an embassy is attacked.
WH gave no military order to intervene.
They knew almost immediately that there was NO protest, NO mob-— just a surgical jihad operation viewed instantaneously in real time by governmental operations centers all over the world, including CIA, Dept of State and WH situation room, for over 6 hours.
In short, everyone knew, almost immediately, what happened in Benghazi was an act of war.

Since a State Dept. Official just swore under oat that they were watching it LIVE, we KNOW the administration lied, lied more, and is STILL lying. We know this. We KNOW that protocol required logging, electronically, from the consolate and they haven’t released that. We know that we had assets within a couple of hours away and the event went on for at least 6hrs and we didn’t send those assets in to save our people. We know that a drone was there as eyes, and we know cameras on site broadcasted to many of our command centers.
This isn’t a failure of intelligence. I’m so tired of this meme. I’m so tired of conservatives not thinking about this logically and realizing that as it was going on it was being monitored by the comman d centers and most likely the WHITEHOUSE.
They are lying. There is no other reasonable conclusion. They are lying and lying about lying and lying more to cover up all those lies. This is criminal and ugly and evil. They’re doing to this to make sure they get reelected and can prevent prosecution.

It is inconceivable that a 6hr attack on US soil was not communicated in process. We have instantaneous communications now and they are in every consolate and every safehouse and every command center. (Like the one those two seals ran from to the safehouse to try to save our ambassador!)
Those seals would not have run to the site if the communications weren’t up adn broadcasting the situation to dozens of commandcenters. We had assets within range to be of help within a 6hr timeframe.

Pork-Chop it is FAR worse than that. They knew while it was underway, had assets near enough to help and didn’t send help to save our men.
Those 2 navy seals were at a command center and rushed over to try to save the ambassador at the safehouse. That means it was broadcast AND our entire military and govt was aware of an attack on our soil with means 100% FACT Obama knew while it was ongoing. It was a 6hr event. We have instantaneous communications. Obama refused to send in help to save thier lives.
This is WORSE than not being prepared, this is lacking the balls to save Americans when they’re under attack.

Lt. Col. Wood also testified that their was no way that anyone who was following events in real time could conclude the attacks were anything but a terrorist attack.
Also, when Lamb was testifying that she was able to follow events at the consulate in real time, I never heard anyone ask her who else was there with her. Did I miss that? Just wondering….

FNC just had some reporting from Catherine Herridge, who is totally and awesomely professional, and an interview with Sean Smith’s mother.
Herridge says that it’s been absolutely established that intelligence and the State Department had audio–not video–of the attack as it was occurring. I’m still unclear who first acquired the video and when they first acquired it. Also, Herridge said that State waived security requirements for the Benghazi post in late August.
Beyond that, it’s sad, but both Sean Smith and his mother loved Obama–until now, I assume. His mother said that the night before her FNC interview, which ran tonight but was presumably taped a day or so ago, two FBI agents and one AG official called her on a conference call to “answer” all her questions. (It sounds to me that Obama saw her interview on CNN and told someone to smooth her feathers.) Evidently, these three clowns told her virtually nothing. If I heard her correctly, she said that even in that call, those three clowns were still pushing the Muslim video excuse. WTF?

I have a question. i listened to Col. Hunt’s interview. Important stuff, though I think Howie carr does a terrible interview. I also read the Yahoo report from Oct 10. They claim there were 5 agents with body armor, assault weapons and helmets. that one took Smith and Stevens to a safe room in the compound. Why isn’t that man dead? How do you leave the ambassador and unarmed civvie alone. Where did this guy go and why was he not joired by the other four agents? I think this story of the security guys is Bravo Sierra.

If even half of these facts are true, wbere are the Republican Senators and Representatives that should be jumping up and down with an information they have demanding immediate action and calling for accountability at tbe highest levels? They are fairly quiet. If all that is alleged were to have happened during a republican administration there would be hearings in full swing, multiple resignations, and calls for the president to resign or even be impeached for lying to the people and participating in a cover up. Yes, of course the press would be eager and willing accomplices in all this, BUT if forcsome bizarre reason the press wasn’t pushing it, the Dems would MAKE IT the only story talked about whether or not the press wanted to go there.
Something is not right. If this is the best our elected leaders can do, and if this totally wimpy response by the republican establishment is the best we can do, well, we elected these turds, we deserve what we are getting.
