NRSC chief John Cornyn: Akin can’t win
Texas Sen. John Cornyn, the chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, said on Thursday that he does not intend to put money into the race of controversial Missouri Senate candidate Todd Akin.
“We have no plans to do so,” Cornyn told The Courier-Journal in an interview just a short time ago.
“I just think that this is not a winnable race,” he said. “We have to make tough calculations based on limited resources and where to allocate it, where it will have the best likelihood of electing a Republican senator.”

‘Rubio can’t win, we’re all in with Charlie’
The real question is, why is Cornyn still running the NRSC?
Once again, (r) leadership falls back on their default setting of kowtowing to the Media/Liberal special interests at the expense of Conservatives. Does anyone really believe if Romney loses that there won’t be a Conservative/Libertarian party emerge? Clint can be our chairman.

Too bad for you, Cornyn. I live here and Akin is going to win. Everyone will hold their nose and vote for him, because that is how much we dislike criminal Claire. Even the other state Repub’s are getting behind him. Some of us want the Senate regardless of Akin being in it. You dumb old fool.

In case you haven’t noticed, the NRSC is already tainted and it’s not because of anything Akin did.
Cornyn suppored Christ in FL didn’t he? The RINO in Alaska. Can’t remember if he supported Dewhurst or not in Texas.

So much for loyality. Wow and just think some wanted Bond to run and Akin to step down.
Republican for Claire? Turncoats for Claire is more like it.

Boy you hit the nail on the head with that. They know Akin is not a member of the good ole boys club and won’t vote with them, but against them.

From the article:
Akin refused to leave the campaign and now some Republicans, including former presidential candidates Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich, Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., and Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., have endorsed Akin in the last few days.
And on Wednesday, Rob Jesmer, the executive director of the committee Cornyn heads, sent out an e-mail statement boosting Akin.
“There is no question that for Missourians who believe we need to stop the reckless Washington spending, rein in the role of government in people’s lives, and finally focus on growing jobs in this country that Todd Akin is a far more preferable candidate than liberal Senator Claire McCaskill,” Jesmer wrote.
“As with every Republican Senate candidate, we hope Todd Akin wins in November and we will continue to monitor this race closely in the days ahead,” he said.
Good for Jesmer. Wonder what Cornyn thinks of that, LOL
Go Akin!!

There’s already been a debate. As to the rest, just imagine what might happen if the GOP and the PACs, you know, shot back? She’s not the reincarnation of Churchill on the stump herself.
The nagging question is why does the GOP want another six years of Claire McCaskill?
DRPrice on September 28, 2012 at 5:22 PM
Wow, so John Corny endorses Claire McCaskill now then huh? What a joke you are! We need this seat in the senate you dolt! Do you want to repeal Obamacare or not RINO??
