Hmmmm
“It truly frightens me to think what’ll happen if Mitt Romney is the nominee,” says the letter signed by Santorum and paid for by his campaign.
The undated letter says there’s still time for conservatives to make sure the GOP doesn’t nominate “a Massachusetts Moderate” and that Republicans would be “crippled” if Romney were to become the nominee.
The blunt message quickly had Republicans here speculating: Did Santorum order up the mailer right before he suspended his campaign on April 10, so its timing was just a simple and understandable mistake? Or, did Santorum, who is still raising money and possibly not quite ready to come to grips with his loss, send this wording out deliberately?

Blowback

Imagine, condoms will be available at any convenience store, just sitting there on the shelf or hanging from a pegboard, their evil latex bodies begging people to sin.

A Gingrich-Santorum super secret probationary run?

All of that cynical speculation, then:
Occam’s Razor, folks. With his daughter recovering from the last hospital stay and his family readjusting to normal life, I don’t think Santorum’s top priority is sending out b*tchy after-the-fact mailing pieces in Iowa.

And in truckstop bathrooms for a mere $0.75 apiece!

Doesn’t matter at this point. Issue is moot. Santorum is yesterday’s news.

Santo´s organizational skills have been suspect throughout his campaign..
derecho on April 17, 2012 at 3:56 PM
More likely a sign of disorganization. This happens when the money runs thin.

Santorum post campaign as weakly managed as his real campaign.

At least he’s much easier to kick now that he’s so down and all.

Dropped out.
Took his ball and went home.
Has yet to even offer up an olive branch let alone an endorsement.
Yeah, that’s some True Conservative(TM)
Santorum could’ve given Obama a run for his money in the thin-skinned department.

If he doesn’t get his sanctimonious behind out there and clarify, (apologize) for this, FAST- I’m going to have to assume that he’s perfectly O.K. with it. I don’t know if even Arlen Spector would have stooped that low.

I just got my copy of the letter in Washington state. I don’t know why I got one – I never supported him.

Unless I see more smoke, I really don’t think there’s fire here…
ordering, publication etc. takes time. If this went USPS at cheap rates, it didn’t exactly leap from the brain of Santorum to the mailbox of the recipient in 2-3 days.
Moving along…
