Reuters staffers: That Rubio hit piece was pretty disgraceful, huh?
One senior staffer at Reuters described the episode to me as a “fiasco,” another as a “disgrace.”
It was so bad, in fact, that the editors and writer involved have been asked not to talk about it. (I reached out to editors David Lindsey and Eric Walsh, but have not heard back.)

Yeah, what about the hitpieces on Palin? Did they ever apologize for them?

Hmm. Rubio sells out for the Democrat in the GOP primary. Moments later, liberal journalists are defending Rubio from their own earlier smears.

Marco Rubio is the most dangerous person to the left in our collective lifetimes. They know that even more than we do. He’s the entire package and so they seek to destroy him.
40 Million Hispanic Republicans. Total and complete destruction of Statism in the US.
Think of that next time you look fondly back at the collective stylings of losers like Tancredo or JD Hayworth.

Heh, OK, maybe Rubio’s not a total waste. But his support of Romney taints him, especially if Romney wins.

I dunno. The best part of McCain was Palin and I don’t look sourly on her for joining up with him.
If Romney wins the nomination and chooses Rubio to run with him (I think it will be Susana Martinez – hat tip, Ed Morrissey), then Rubio will carve out his own space.

I think the Reuters guys are just jealous because they aren’t married to a former Miami Dolphins cheerleader…

Below is a quote from Reuters Corrections to the liberal hit piece on Sen Rubio:
Pathetic Reporting leave egg all over Reuters journalistic face…..

Admit it, when you saw the headline was about a “disgraceful Rubio hit piece” you had to click through to find out whether it referred to a hit piece about Rubio or one of the shameful hit pieces by Rubio that came out this week.

For punishment those reporters are limited this week to the yellow stickies. They will be not be given access to the multicolored ones until next month.
