It’s come to this
A spokesman for the Boston public schools confirmed the incident had been classified as possible sexual harassment, but declined to comment it. Curran faces suspension or being transferred to another school if his actions are deemed to be sexual harassment, according to a letter from his school.
“Any kind of inappropriate touching would fall under that category,’’ school spokesman Matthew Wilder said to The Globe. “The school administration is conducting a full investigation that has not concluded yet. Certainly, once that investigation is through, we’ll then make a final conclusion as to who will be disciplined and how.’’

I suppose, giving a kid who’s busy spray-painting his name on your garage, a boot in the backside, is probably a sex crime too.

And kneeing a guy who is trying to attack you in the cojones is also sexual harassment? Where does it end? For those of you willing to denigrate all lawyers…I would not take this case on behalf of the accuser.

How could anyone with an IQ over 60 think that a groin punch in self defense could be considered sexual harassment??? And why would it EVER be considered sexual harassment instead of sexual assault???
And how could anyone with an IQ over 60 think that a groin punch could be considered sexual contact at all???
Does this mean that women that punch/kick an attempted rapist in the groin could be charged with sexual harassment???
The only good thing about this story is knowing that these idiots have made themselves a laughing stock.

I don’t get why more parents don’t sue the schools over these school bus incidents. Seems like you hear about something new every week.

You are talking about a state that will re-elect a Kennedy or Barney Frank until the entire nation cries in agony and shame. No mercy in Libtardchussetts.

School administration is just like the #OWS mentality. Sure we attack the police with rock and bottles but they did police brutality with the pepper spray they should not respond to the attack like that.

Even this website dedicated to fighting sexual harassment is opposed to the foolish school officials’ accusation.

So, I suppose squeezing them until the thug begs for mercy is out of the question, too?

They treat the victims and the attackers as the same in these government schools.
They want to breed a generation of people who are sheep. That’s what this is really about. I had a long term substitute position in a local middle school the year before last. I remember in an assembly on bullying, the principle basically said that if you were attacked, you had to take it. He told the kids to fall down into a fetal position and cover their heads. Anything more and they would be as guilty as the attacker.
My own son, who is pretty big (muscle wise) when we had him in school, was often targeted by much smaller kids. One day he was tripped, got up and grabbed the little snot and he got in trouble. The other kid had a “diagnosis” and got away with it. I was furious with the principle! We went back to homeschooling after that.
The dirty little secret here is.. all this anti-bullying and zero tolerance crap is aimed at the victims and the innocent. If these kids get a diagnosis… personality disorder or ADHD or whatever, they get a free pass on attacking students. I personally pried scissors out of a student’s hand who was yelling he was going to cut our heads off and nothing was done to him. He even choked out a teacher with the teacher’s own tie and nothing was done to him. They could not, by law, throw the kid out of school. Why? He had an MH/MR diagnosis.
Meanwhile, they have the school plastered with posters against bullying. Let some normal kid bring in a knife by accident to school.. and he will get a 7 day suspension and may have something on his permanent record. This actually happened in our district as well. The kid actually took the knife into the office and said it was left in his lunch box by accident. Made no difference.
The libs are and have destroyed our education system. If the people do not take it back very quickly, the generation that is coming that has been raised in these schools will finish off whatever is left of America. Our society will in fact become like these schools.

A misspelling that is, in this case, rather appropriate.

When did inappropriate touching change from assault to harassment?
Not that the kid did anything wrong in this case.

The little perv probably comes from a family of S&M freaks, mimicking the legions of leather clad visitors to his parents’ weekend debaucheries.
