Paul Krugman
9/11 is an occasion for us to be ashamed of ourselves or something
A lot of other people behaved badly. How many of our professional pundits — people who should have understood very well what was happening — took the easy way out, turning a blind eye to the corruption and lending their support to the hijacking of the atrocity?
The memory of 9/11 has been irrevocably poisoned; it has become an occasion for shame. And in its heart, the nation knows it.

Didn’t he admit to burning an effigy of W in his back yard? This guy really is courageous isn’t he?

I’m watching that jug eared POS laughing it up mugging for cameras in Shanksville right now.

Speaking of fake heroes…
Spineless.

Paul Krugman is the biggest asshat on the planet.
JustJP on September 11, 2011 at 12:15 PM
This sniveling p*ssy deserves nothing more than our scorn and our spit.
katiejane on September 11, 2011 at 12:15 PM
Were it not for those who protect Krugman’s rights and freedoms to be a rotating SOB orifice 24/7 in an exceedingly safe country by international standards he would have been edited out of this world long, long ago. Too bad he’s too much of a preening dolt to realize it.
viking01 on September 11, 2011 at 12:19 PM
He wrote this article to draw attention to himself. And he succeeded.
We really need to stop giving these guys what they want. Their behavior get more and more disgusting because they have to continually do more and more disgusting things to feed the narcissistic beast.

I think it is the other way around. People with mental disorders are attracted to leftism.
csdeven on September 11, 2011 at 12:23 PM
This distills the division in our country. This explains Obama’s election. They reallly are ashamed of being Americans.

So many good people died in those towers, yet this waste Oxygen remains. It’s situations like this where I hope there really is a Hell.

Hey Paul Krugman: Go f*ck yourself.
KSgop on September 11, 2011 at 12:32 PM
EVERYONE COMMENT ON HIS FOLLOWING BLOGPOST LINKED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS ONE, “The Spanish Prisoner.” Let this cowrdly liberal cretin know what we think of his “conscious.”
Glenn Jericho on September 11, 2011 at 12:36 PM
Krugman chose these words very carefully. He is deliberately equating Guiliani and Bush with Mohammad Atta and the 18 other hijackers. He believes they are the real hijackers, not the sick SOB’s that murdered 3000 Americans on 9/11.

Krugman just put the last nail in his own coffin. This will be the end of him.
This was his final flame out.
THE END
katy on September 11, 2011 at 12:38 PM
Krugman is a glimpse into the mind and mindset of the left. The cult of intellectualism. The Worship of nihilists such as Nietzsche, Russel, Sartre, Marx – and they let their worship form their opinions of what the “masses” should know and learn. Because…they are the “elite” – the ruling class – the intellectuals. Piss-Christ – good. Western Civilization courses – bad. Existential hatred of God and those that believe, while exhibiting faith based adherence to Mother Gaia.
In the last 50 years they have come to the forefront of power – I suspect they will not retreat without a bloody battle.

If eyes really are the window to the soul, then Krugman’s crazy peepers explain quite a bit.
clearbluesky on September 11, 2011 at 12:52 PM
I checked Kos(well somebody had to!) and they are praising the Parker and Will columns about 9-11. Says a lot, doesn’t it?
thebrokenrattle on September 11, 2011 at 12:55 PM
You know what this means? Krugman will never again write a column that allows comments, moderated or not, because the very first 500 or so comments will be in direct retaliation to this screed of depth lower than whale dung.
.
Kruggie the Pretend Economist will be as irrelevant as his lord and savior, BHØ. I bet his neighbors will have to form a human protection chain around his
housemansionestate to offer some sort of protection from union-style lynch mobs and protesters. Oh, maybe the unions will actually provide protection for Herr Krugman, ringing his estate with bellowing longshoremen and ink-covered printers..
Yeah, I doubt his neighbors would lift a finger to help him, maybe just call the police once the screaming stopped.
ExpressoBold on September 11, 2011 at 12:59 PM
The internet gives everyone a place to go to find out what they think. It’s revealing to hear these people out in public spewing their garbage (verbatim) knowing they picked it up from some lefty site.

But Democrats were lamenting that the attack didn’t occur while Clinton was president so that he could have had a crisis that defined him.
