I would imagine “SERIOUS” primary candidates should have no difficulty blowing right past a “disaster” of a campaign by her.

It’s one thing to question her timing and attendant decisions, another to liken her to some of the worst women on television. I might not understand her decisions every time, but, she’s using the media to her advantage like every candidate does–or at least tries to, successfully or not. This isn’t a bad thing, as the_nile said, if she’s running.

Most of us here are political junkies. This means we’re plugged in more than others. Sometimes too much. I’m eager for her to get in the race. Yeah, I wish she’d announce next week. But that’s my problem. Those are my expectations.

I’ll always be skeptical of every candidate, but I do have respect for her now and would support her fully as the nominee. With that said, on to your comment…

I was a fan at first and I still like her. I think her life story is compelling but I don’t think got what it takes. Sorry to say.

I respect that. What I don’t understand nor respect is your inability or unwillingness to back up those charges with solid examples.

I’ll admit that I don’t like the waiting game right now, but that’s generally because I’m prone to pissy impatience. But that’s a personal problem, not Palin. The most compelling reason for her reluctance to declare that I just learned? Remaining ethical constraints in Alaska. Maybe that takes the edge off for you, as well.
