Video: What’s even worse than being stranded in an airport?
“Ok, so chow Argentina,” she tweeted. “At airport … So many delays. Wound up being announced, wound up sing two songs for airport. A first for me. Crazy day.”

Oh come on. It wasn’t that bad. Atleast she wasn’t throwing a tantrum screaming “Do you know who I am?????”

Being stuck in an elevator with Bawknee Fwank.

Are you kidding? Lauper is one of the most uner-rated talents around. She can actually sing. She write her own songs and she plays instruments! I’ll take 1 Lauper over 3 Xtina Aguiliera’s, plus 1 Lady Gaga.

Things could be worse. Richard Simmons comes immediately to mind. I could generate a long list rather quickly.

Another worst thing in the airport:
Asking to spare a square.

Also, why can people never spell Ciao, correctly? Does she really want the people of Argentina to begin dining upon her departure?

I thought it was cool as hell of her to do that.
The girl can sing her a** off and although I’m not exactly a fan, I’ve never really found reason to dislike her.

Wife and I took one of those 4 day bus tour things to Branson a few years ago because her friend asked us to accompany them and we couldn’t wiggle out. It was during the holidays and the female handler insisted on leading the whole bus in Christmas carols most of the the way down and back, 7 hours each way. My wife stopped me from strangling her right outside Kansas City.

Cyndi Lauper is great, Time After Time was a great tune, as Miles Davis recognized.
Sharke on March 7, 2011 at 11:33 PM
Johnny Cash once said about Lauper…
“That girl entertains me!”

Oh please. Middle seat on a grounded flight between Olby and Janeane Garofalo.
And Lauper still sounds good.

I agree in part. However, Gaga writes her own material and plays as well. And I’ll bet Gaga can spell “Lei” correctly.
