Revealed: Wikileaks staffers fed up with Julian Assange
Now it is not just governments that denounce him: some of his own comrades are abandoning him for what they see as erratic and imperious behavior, and a nearly delusional grandeur unmatched by an awareness that the digital secrets he reveals can have a price in flesh and blood…
Mr. Assange cast himself as indispensable. “I am the heart and soul of this organization, its founder, philosopher, spokesperson, original coder, organizer, financier, and all the rest,” he said. “If you have a problem with me,” he told Mr. Snorrason, using an expletive, he should quit.
In an interview about the exchange, Mr. Snorrason’s conclusion was stark. “He is not in his right mind,” he said. In London, Mr. Assange was dismissive of all those who have criticized him. “These are not consequential people,” he said…
A Taliban spokesman in Afghanistan using the pseudonym Zabiullah Mujahid said in a telephone interview that the Taliban had formed a nine-member “commission” after the Afghan documents were posted “to find about people who are spying.” He said the Taliban had a “wanted” list of 1,800 Afghans and was comparing that with names WikiLeaks provided.

That man should be arrested and tried for crimes against humanity if harm comes to a single person due to his release of those documents.
Then if found guilty, should be hanged.

Gee, a narcissistic Lib with a Messiah Complex – whodathunkit?
BKeyser on October 23, 2010 at 8:17 PM
Just saw the YouTube out of London where he really doesn’t care about his acts and the consequences but how dare you bring THIS up and he walks off.
Marcus on October 23, 2010 at 8:22 PM
I wish him and his supporters all the worst..
Canadian Infidel on October 23, 2010 at 8:26 PM
Try not to be distracted by the Times wetting itself over this.
The “facts” leaked are only news to the utopians.
When you commit to go to war, you commit to civilian deaths, death by friendly fire, atrocities, war crimes, collateral damage, and the chaos and uncertainly of the war. That is why war is step resorted to when all else, all other options have failed.
If you believe anything else, you were not paying attention in philosophy class, and get your reality from the movies. War is hell. That’s why it is the last resort.
Mr Assange may tell you he has a halo, it is similar to the one that the current Mr. Sulzberger handed himself for his contribution to “ending” the Vietnam war.
Look to the killing fields of Cambodia for your reward and tell us how proud you are of the side effects.

Very well said!
There are no wars without tears and you have to be terribly naive to believe otherwise.
sharrukin on October 23, 2010 at 8:36 PM
Where in the hell is he getting all of this?
This can’t be all from the one guy that was arrested, is it?
BallisticBob on October 23, 2010 at 8:36 PM
The guy is a cowardly little prick. If he wants to speak truth to power let him go after the Russians or the Chinese…just jump right in there asshole.
Terrye on October 23, 2010 at 8:53 PM
Iraqi forces abused Iraqi prisoners. Not much the US can do about that.
Paul-Cincy on October 23, 2010 at 8:56 PM
He’ll get his. In this life or the next.
/That’s all I can say without using a bunch of profanity.

Assange’s source is probably the White House. Such is the sad danger of giving a security clearance to a president who hates his country.
viking01 on October 23, 2010 at 9:17 PM
Sociopath and NPD guy. His nose asks to be ‘punched’. He will self-destruct, by sheer arrogance. Happens every single time. Will happen to Obama too.
Schadenfreude on October 23, 2010 at 10:07 PM
Well said Terrye. However since he is a coward he won’t, especially if he remembers what happened to the last person who challenged the Russians in the press. One name; Alexander Litvinenko.
Timothy on October 23, 2010 at 10:12 PM
I wonder if he’s related to Barry?
mizflame98 on October 23, 2010 at 10:51 PM
So how come he only reveals stuff about America?
Scumbag.
Iblis on October 23, 2010 at 11:24 PM
Asshat. Looks like fellow wanker Maher and acts like fellow narcissist CJ.
2ipa on October 23, 2010 at 11:51 PM
ya can’t have Assange without an A$$…
=Wasteland Man.
WastelandMan on October 24, 2010 at 1:34 AM
It isn’t only Assange who should have a bulls-eye placed on him. Anyone involved in stealing and publishing that classified information should share that bulls-eye just the same.
Not that the USA under Obama would dream of doing such a thing.
iconoclast on October 24, 2010 at 1:54 AM
This horrible weasel will be caught, sentenced to life and put in a cell with a 300 lb guy named “Bubba”.
darwin on October 24, 2010 at 8:49 AM
This really is a job for a retired CIA agent with an itchy trigger finger. Just saying…….
JP1986UM on October 24, 2010 at 9:39 AM
Can we look forward to another Mossad gang walking through a hotel video soon?
Coronagold on October 24, 2010 at 10:14 AM
Something organically *wrong* with his brain?
Otherwise, he’s one of those Liberals who has followed his course of Liberalism over into Fascism. “Sticking it to the Man” very often goes from teen angst, to youthful rebellious, to angry subterfuge to Leftwing political activist to fascist.
Either that or the “something’s organically wrong with him” point.
Lourdes on October 24, 2010 at 10:27 AM
Oh, look, Mr. Assange has made the Taliban happy.
That’s the LAST thing I’d have guessed would happen. /sarc.
Lourdes on October 24, 2010 at 10:29 AM
Yeah, we’ve nevah seen that before or suffered any consequences from putting one in a position of authority.
Yakko77 on October 24, 2010 at 10:30 AM
Janet Napolitano and her newest “Advisor,” Mohamed Elibiary, I am betting are in pretty great spirits this morning. And this also explains Obama’s “I Dig Me” tour of late: it’s the “g-d*mning of America.”
Lourdes on October 24, 2010 at 10:32 AM
I agree with what viking01 expressed.
