Another day, another hot Russian spy
Palmer declined to discuss where Fermanova came up with the $15,000 to purchase the three devices (two devices were purchased for $4,000 each and a third was $7,000). He also said Fermanova emigrated with her parents to the United States from Latvia when she was a young girl and is currently an American citizen.
According to her Facebook page, she is a 2005 graduate of the Ogle School of Hair Skin and Nails, and Texas state records show that she holds a cosmetologist license expiring next August.

Hmmm! eeenteresting!
ted c on July 28, 2010 at 9:46 AM
I’d debrief it.
mudskipper on July 28, 2010 at 9:59 AM
Yeah, but does she get freaky deaky between the sheets?
Dr.Cwac.Cwac on July 28, 2010 at 10:02 AM
Fingers crossed for a Morena Baccarin-esque one to round out the…
(clicks link)
Dang. Oh well.
rogerb on July 28, 2010 at 10:03 AM
From JWF:
Uh, yeah, JWF, just how “busted” was she?
OK, not as good as mudskipper’s “debriefing” but I had to try.
jwolf on July 28, 2010 at 10:09 AM
Shiny! I’ll be in my bunk.
Oh, wait a minute, she doesn’t look anything like Christina Hendricks. Or Morena Baccarin. Or Jewel Staite. Or Gina Torres. Or Summer Glau.
Never mind.
itzWicks on July 28, 2010 at 10:16 AM
You want a bust? Check out the new photo I added (scroll down).
JammieWearingFool on July 28, 2010 at 10:21 AM
Yeah, baby. She looks great in the camo skirt.
UltimateBob on July 28, 2010 at 10:29 AM
Jammie come on, admit it. That ain’t bust… she got pads!
upinak on July 28, 2010 at 10:31 AM
Oh she owns Anna Chapman.
Yes, please.
blatantblue on July 28, 2010 at 10:32 AM
Allah will like her. She gots a lilac point siamese ki ki.
upinak on July 28, 2010 at 10:32 AM
Woah! Much hotter than Chapman, but really, Russia’s sent over a TON of these leggy blonds. I live in a very russian neighborhood in brooklyn and I see girls like this walking around in next to nothing pretty much every day. Even my girlfriend can’t help but eye these girls!
ernesto on July 28, 2010 at 10:35 AM
Gee, I hope no one knows that I have these top-secret government documents in my pants…
fusionaddict on July 28, 2010 at 10:40 AM
One word:
Capitalize.
blatantblue on July 28, 2010 at 10:43 AM
“Babe, it’s so amazing that we both find the same women attractive! It would be so great if we could express ourselves by having sex with the same one!”
blatantblue on July 28, 2010 at 10:46 AM
“Whatever you say, honey. But not at the same time. Oh, and you’re not fufilling me, so I’m into women now. Off to roll around with our hot neighbor. Good luck getting into her pants. See ya.”
Abby Adams on July 28, 2010 at 10:52 AM
“And yes, they’re real, and they’re spectaculah!”
blatantblue on July 28, 2010 at 11:01 AM
Way hotter than the first one.
Jaibones on July 28, 2010 at 11:16 AM
I am blushing and I don’t even know what you’re talking about.
Jaibones on July 28, 2010 at 11:19 AM
Not a single comment about the crime she is accused of commiting. Just a bunch of “I’d tap that”, “I’d let her stick a night scope up my ass any day” type of comments. Sure are a lot of pathetic sexually frustrated losers hanging out on Hotair…
coldwater on July 28, 2010 at 11:43 AM
Cause someone said that, right?
Stop being a “starch in the pants” sucker.
We spy on them, they spy on us. Good for us for catching her. I’m not too up in arms about it. We spy on Israel, they spy on us. We all spy on one another.
blatantblue on July 28, 2010 at 11:50 AM
We’re all just soooooooo sexually frustrated for chucking around some jokes.
How’s life been, being a jackazz?
blatantblue on July 28, 2010 at 11:51 AM
Our spies there spend decades in jail. Their spies here get a plane ticket home for a hero’s welcome
coldwater on July 28, 2010 at 11:58 AM
Productive

coldwater on July 28, 2010 at 11:58 AM
Which is wrong. It’s unfortunate having weaklings lead the nation.
but the concept of us spying on one another doesn’t bother me. Punishments doled out is a different issue
blatantblue on July 28, 2010 at 12:06 PM
Is she a crook? Yes. A spy? Probably not.
Ward Cleaver on July 28, 2010 at 12:12 PM
My point is that this has been completely ignored here. Instead all the focus has been on the looks and how “tappable” the particular russian spy in question is.
coldwater on July 28, 2010 at 12:18 PM
coldwater is correct, nothing to idolize here
Russia has always considered the United States as enemy #1 and is acting accordingly to undermine us everywhere in the world – the deadlier the better; there’s been assertions that Al-Zawahiri is working for FSB. Considering that Arafat and that other creep who is currently minding those palestinian bandits, have been created by Russia, it not much of a stretch. Capito ?

runner on July 28, 2010 at 12:23 PM
And we should be undermining the ruskies at every opportunity.
blatantblue on July 28, 2010 at 12:28 PM
You are probably right about her. The government is not accusing her of being a spy at this point. She does, however, appear to be a weapons smuggler. It is certainly conceivable that the people who “ordered” these devices are connected to the Russian defense establishment and want them so they can be studied and/or reverse-engineered. So her knowingly or not knowingly contributing to defense/industrial espionage is very much a possibility
coldwater on July 28, 2010 at 12:29 PM
I’m glad they caught her, but I’m curious to know how they did it. Do they track sales of these restricted items to the point that they know when the purchasers leave the country?
TexasDan on July 28, 2010 at 12:38 PM
Trust me… sleeping with blatantblue is punishment.
