Someone upthread was asking about addicts taking pain meds. Yes, we can take them. We do have to be very careful and struggle mightily. I was on much stronger drugs than Rush, and while it is never good for your heart or any other part of your body, being off of them for yrs makes a big difference. Rush is under 200lbs now. He is not a whale, yet according to DU he was harpooned. Soooo fricking funny.Heart attacks can occur with lots of meds. Even OTC. Never judge til you’ve walked a mile with chronic debilitating pain. Its hell.

Here’s hoping Rush’s heart is as strong as Darth Cheney’s has been.

Yawn.” “Teddy has gone on to his Just Reward.” “I don’t normally drink. Today, I shall. Adios, Ted. Is it hot down there?” It goes on and on.

I don’t recall that Rush Limbaugh ever killed any innocent woman and covered it up with the help of his drunken buddies, and had the media basically ignore it his entire adult life.

Limbaugh underwent treatment in 2003 for an addiction to prescription painkillers, including Lorcet, Norco and hydrocodone.
