The brilliant Cox & Forkum will be missed. Missed terribly. They are responsible for our Hot Air mascot and countless spot-on editorial cartoons, especially about the war, jihad, and the White Flag Democrats.
In a sane world, they’d be in every major newspaper in the country and Ted Rall would be their gopher.
On second thought, Rall wouldn’t be fit to take out their trash.
For whatever reason, they seemed to spend a lot of time pushing for war with Iran towards the end, which i just didn’t get. That aside, their artistry was brilliant and much of their commentary was dead on. They will be missed.
It is unfortuanate news. I always wished the Seattle papers would run Cox and Forkum as a response to David Horsey, a local cartoonist. That would have been too balanced for those papers though.
C&F will be missed. Good luck in your future endeavours.
Blowback

I can’t do any better than what you said, Michelle.
Thank you, Cox & Forkum.

Our (conservatives’) time wandering in the wilderness just got a little worse.

Great. Now conservatives are just left with the “humorous” stylings of Mallard Fillmore. *shudders*

I too am a huge fan of their work who will miss them terribly. I always enjoyed posting a link to their work to anger liberals with the truth.
