Darwin would roll over in his grave…a democrat with a backbone. They need to extract his DNA and spread it amongst the party leaders. So far BJ Clinton has been the only one really spreading his DNA around the ranks and interns.

I’ve always wondered what the price tag on a Cabinet seat was, now I know…30 pieces of silver.
repvoter on March 24, 2008 at 4:31 PM
Wonder why he didn’t sugarcoat it like he did about Billy Jeff: “He’s a good man who’s done a bad thing.”
txsurveyor on March 24, 2008 at 4:35 PM
I don’t care for his politics, but James Carville is a fighter. I’m like him.
You suppose Richardson is endorsing Obama because he knows the Clintons very well?
AlanC on March 24, 2008 at 4:51 PM
It’s a wierd world when we are rooting for Hillary and Carville.

yup, also a weird world when the best dirt on dem candidates is found on lefty websites
windansea on March 24, 2008 at 4:53 PM
There are a few real men left, and Mr. Carville has real stones. Good on him!
Then he added this coup de grace:
“Mr. Richardson’s endorsement came right around the anniversary of the day when Judas sold out for 30 pieces of silver, so I think the timing is appropriate, if ironic,” Mr. Carville said, referring to Holy Week.
“I was quoted accurately and in context, and I was glad to give the quote and I was glad I gave it,” Mr. Carville said. “I’m not apologizing, I’m not resigning, I’m not doing anything.”
Cojones! I’m sick and tired of any dumbars saying anything, making an ambiguous apology, and getting away with not being accountable.
I repect Mr. Carville for this.

I’m with you. I’m sick of the sanctimony and PC garbage. The man’s got guts and guts is enough.

Took the words right out of my mouth. This is the kind of thing that irks the political establishment, and I’d like to see far more of it.
However, all things considered, what a whiner. Choosing between Obama and Hillary is like choosing between apples and apples. They both are shaped the same, and are both rotten to the core.
So implicitly he is calling Hillary Jesus and Obama a Jew. They should auction off the rights to pound nails into Hillary’s hands.

I love James Carville…not his politics, but he calls ‘em as he sees ‘em! For sure! Don’t know HOW Mary Matalin can stand being married to him, though!!

Jesus and Judas were both Jews as well.
Without being so literal, he’s just calling the man a traitor. He could have called him Benedict or Brutus instead.

“Love Is A Many Splendid Thing”, not to be questioned. Also, opposites attract, and he’s apparently a great dad to their kids.
He’s a political bulldog, and I disagree with him often, but I kind of like him, because I like her wit. If she loves him, I can tolerate him.

Well, I don’t say this often, but good for James Carville.

I would love to know if she and he have any topics that are off limits in their conversations!

Where is the Bumper Sticker? “I’m not doing anything”
As a Hispanic, I’m offended by that remark. Judas.

Carville’s refusal to apologize or resign is a refreshing change from the “suicide bomber” style of Democratic politics where aides and advisers are encouraged to attack the other side, but if they go over the line, they immediately have to sever all ties to the campaign.
(McCain’s campaign is different, because he is encouraging his aides NOT to attack Obama, so we can’t really accuse him of sending out political “suicide bombers” when he makes staff members resign)

He shoulda just called him a Benedict Arnold and left it at that, instead of going straight to “triple dog dare ya” on Good Friday and all.

I don’t like him but at least he stands by his statements and doesn’t apologize or retract when the going gets tough.

James Carville was 100% spot on. Bill Richardson wouldn’t be anything if it wasn’t for the Clintons. Now, he goes and stabs them in the back.

Good for him. Don’t agree with him politically (most of the time), but he’s standing his ground and not bowing to the followers of the Messiah.

Well, they are both right. It was a betrayal and it was something the Clinton people say.
Btw, has anyone else noticed how TAN Richardson is now? I just find that curious. Is he trying to look more hispanic or what?
