stories like this show that the America public is constantly fed a stream of anti-science propaganda
if the Left actually cared about anyone but themselves, rather than hectoring everyone about their weight, and threaten them with fines and taxes, how about a Man-on-the-moon project to deal with obesity.

Some people have freaky metabolisms that let them sit around all day and stuff themselves with as much food as they want without gaining weight.
For the rest of us, not being fat means some combination of exhaustion and hunger.
