News Busters
Interestingly, Obama apparently previewed the HBO special a few days earlier, as Gibbs himself explained to the blog Talking Points Memo: “White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs says Obama has already seen ‘By the People’…Gibbs told TPMDC Obama’s review: ‘Thumbs up!’”

Hah, the HBO special’s timing is a flop, and Mr. Plouffe’s book “The Audacity to win” is a pouf…what timing too…heh, heh, heh.
However, freedom-loving people of America, independents, Republicans, conservatives, centrists et all, don’t rest on yer laurels now.
This is just the beginning of a huge boulder which still needs to be pushed up/over a very steep hill.

Let me tell him how that movie ends.
It ends with Barack Obama, the year 2013, he’s alone in the dark, sitting on a sofa in his Presidential Library in Paris. He takes a drag from a cigarette and exhales hard. He coughs.
Roll credits.

Look, if I ever get a movie made about me I will watch it, too. However, given Obamba’s reputation (EGO) and the timing of current events, it is truly mind boggling how lame he and his staff are. I think there is an opening at the Tool Academy for this dude.

Now, we’re being too hard on Obama. I mean here’s this guy making all these big decisions(eventually???)and he needs time off from all the life or death choices he’s made(or plans to make????)Plus, it’s exhausting being in perpetual campaign mode,(especially when it’s failing) takes a lot out of a guy.

barrythrowslikeagirl on November 4, 2009 at 1:31 PM
Well I, for one, am glad that he watched the HBO doc. If he stayed with it until the end credits, he now knows that he; 1)won the election, 2)can now stop campaigning and 3) has some things on his plate that need to be dealt with.

It’s like the Hollywood idjuts who refuse to say anything negative about Islam in a film because of their fear of a fatal fatwa. Similarly, they fear the reaction of their co-workers if they should criticize the Messiah.
