Sources say the Senate majority leader pushed against Jackson and Davis — both democratic congressmen from Illinois — and against Jones — the Illinois Senate president who is the political godfather of President-elect Barack Obama — because he did not believe the three men were electable. He feared losing the seat to a Republican in a future election.

Reid is sinking himself for 2010. The only way he can win is if enough locusts from CA move to NV in the next two years and never come to the conclusion that their Liberal voting is what destroyed CA.

The whole idea of the will of the people seems absent from the Democrat Party lexicon since the election. And I’m not sure it’s a good sign that it was so easily and naturally replaced by a communist-style approach, the inside deals, the struggle of the fittest for power, the mob hits, using mental illness pretext to imprison dissenters, persecution of intellectuals, etc.
Still, I’m wondering about this new way, I wonder if Democrats expected the American people to give their new communist-style overlords flowers and chocolate? They seem flummoxed at the condemnation they’re getting for acting like thugs in a banana republic.
Still, it’s good times, watching it all unfold chaotically.

Generally what one fears the most, one doesn’t escape. May this weasely, wimpering, whining, dove-brained creature lose his seat, and the one in IL.

Blago is a public relations Einstein. With respect to Einstein, though, it is easy to surpass the leftie leadership of today.
