Why would we want him to resign? The longer he is in the news the better. If we can get him to stay in office till mid 2009, it would be perfect for 2010 congressional elections.

Maybe I’m just a cynic, but I don’t see anything being a liability to the Dems in 2010 whatsoever, whether they should be or not.
