Politico
By the end of Obama’s overseas trip last summer, which featured an adoring crowd of 200,000 in Berlin, an Obama sticker affixed to the wall of the campaign plane’s media cabin had been defaced: “Worship me,” it read, under a drawing of his face. (Someone has since tried to scrub the sticker clean.)

Could Politico put their political newscasting farther up Obama’s butt?
I am not sure if I should frown in disgust or blow up my computer, especially with the Nan Pelosi “Blessed” sentence.

Calling the media’s attitude toward Obama (and this includes Politico) “sick” is an understatement.
With apologies to the great Paul Erdman, these are the “Last Days of America,” predecessor to the Kingdom of Obama.

So that explains it: he is one of the new, artificially inflated Self Esteem booster children.

That someone who sees Obama every day would (presumably sarcastically?) writes “worship me” on an Obama sticker is interesting. Perhaps someone in the previously-in-the-tank-for-Obama MSM is no longer getting thrills up his leg.
I’ve been wondering how the MSM will react to the Temple of Obama speech. They generally pride themselves of sophistication and an appreciation of the finer things in life (art, literature, architecture, arugula, etc.) If it comes across as cheesy or tacky, they may be reduced to “well, the party faithful liked it.”

So shall it be written, so shall it be done.

I know people dismiss the spiritual nature of the war we’re in, but the glassy-eyed adoration of this inexperienced, egotistical hack is frankly VERY scary.
Call me irrational. I don’t care. It’s weird.

Perhaps if Oliver Stone would like to make another film about a politician supposedly living in his father’s shadow, he can write his script without having to look again at the Bush family.

Uhm. What? It humbles you because it’s so insignificant, so worthless, and people generally treat you like a salesman, maybe?

Whether she believes this crap or not, is there any possible point to a journalist writing stuff like this except to make herself look like more of a boob when it blows up in her face?
Imagine what must be going on inside the heads of these ditzes: When the Rapture comes, they’ll all be hailed as prophets!
