Interesting. The reason Israel won't agree to those conditions is because they won't agree to a longer cease-fire. They intend to destroy Hamas in this war, not go back to a status quo ante frozen conflict. The Biden administration has pushed hard for the status quo ante until now. Perhaps the refusal of Hamas to come off its maximalist positions might have finally woken up the geniuses in the White House that Hamas isn't interested in a "permanent" ceasefire anyway. We'll see.
