Green Room

Video: On vacation

posted at 2:01 pm on November 4, 2013 by

Let’s hope mine goes a little better than this:

I’ll be gone until Tuesday, November 19th. However, we have some great writers guest-blogging in my absence.  Bruce McQuain of QandO, Steve Eggleston of No Runny Eggs, and Morgen Richmond will be dropping in to analyze the news.  Jazz Shaw will also expand past his weekend duties, too, so keep an eye out for all of them.

Meanwhile … see you in a couple of weeks!

If the guy in the first video is dragged along by a lot of bull, why doesn’t he let go of the rope?

People should do the same with Obamacare!

Yeah, Billy Crystal was always kinda dumb that way…

Marcola on November 4, 2013 at 2:55 PM

If I may throw out another gratuitous movie reference – hopefully you won’t have Bob from What About Bob hounding you.

Enjoy and be refreshed!

I hope Steve does a post sharing the truth about the debt limit… how we really hit the limit May 17th and used the shell game of “Extraordinary Measures” to borrow more money beyond the debt limit for FIVE MONTHS… borrowing that was “made whole” with new Treasury securities as soon as the debt limit was raised.

ITguy on November 4, 2013 at 5:53 PM

Dang Ed. I hope there is better music for you on your vacation than the GoGo’s. Play safe. ; )

Bmore on November 4, 2013 at 6:22 PM

Have a great vacation Ed! Try to unplug a little. ;-)

Love Bruce and Steve. Morgen? Jazz……only in small doses. You’re really testing us Ed.

What about J.E. Dryer, Meryl Yourish, or Steven Den Beste? I really miss Dryer’s analysis.

What about J.E. Dyer, Meryl Yourish, or Steven Den Beste? I really miss Dyer’s analysis.

conservative pilgrim on November 4, 2013 at 8:08 PM

I really like Bruce and J.E. too. In fact, she’s one of the regulars at Liberty Unyielding.

If I remember the scheduling right, Jazz will have a couple analysis pieces a day.

Steve Eggleston on November 4, 2013 at 8:31 PM

Enjoy your R@R ED:)

Steve Eggleston on November 5, 2013 at 9:36 AM

Steve,
When you do the post about the debt limit and debt, please be sure to point out that Democrat majorities over the last 6 years have added new Debt Held by the Public at OVER QUADRUPLE THE RATE of Republican majorities over the previous 6 years.

More detail in my earlier comment here:
