Now batting for Jim Hoft — Breitbart News

posted at 12:58 pm on August 30, 2013 by

Our good friend Jim Hoft at Gateway Pundit has been seriously ill most of this month, and looks to be out for a while longer.  Our prayers and thoughts are with Jim, and we anxiously await his return to blogging.  In the meantime, Breitbart’s Mike Flynn has landed on GP’s shores with a group of writers to keep Jim’s site hopping until he returns:

Among the many feeling Jim’s loss in the blogging world is Breitbart News.  Mike Flynn, the mover and shaker behind Andrew Breitbart’s Internet powerhouse, has brought his rockstar writers to Gateway Pundit while Jim recovers.

Launching their incredible offer was the statement, “Jim Hoft is our hero”.  Yes, he is.  A big thank you to Breitbart News for their generous and gracious offer to help a friend and colleague.  The current Gateway Pundit guest writers…Rachel Pulaski, Mara Zebest, Andrew Marcus, Ed, and James…have been doing an outstanding job, but it is a feat bigger than all of us to replace Jim while he heals.

This should be fun — so keep watching at Gateway Pundit.

Thanks Ed for posting this. One of the commenters at Rightscoop posted about this a week or so ago and then I saw it on Twitchy. That was reported on Gatewaypundit blog.

It’s great to see all of the Conservative Blogs supporting JH.
Very kind of Breitbart to be so very helpful.

Prayers that the Doctors can pinpoint the cause of Jim’s problems
and healing for him.

I used to go to Gateway Pundit quite often. Unfortunatly, several months back they ‘improved’ the site and now it simply does not work properly for me.

Let’s hope Jim has better medical help and he gets well soon!
