Video: Chuck Todd does not want to be covering the Zimmerman trial

posted at 3:04 pm on July 10, 2013 by

Laying aside the fact that he’d likely fill his show with hour-long ruminations about “This Town,” I’m with him on this basic sentiment:

And, even if you love the Zimmerman trial, and trial coverage in general, you can enjoy Todd’s angst. Thanks to @FreeBeacon for grabbing this.

Awee Chuckie had to take a day off of discussing how Republicans are meany-pants with his guests.

I watched, I listened. What was that?!?

Was it edited into a series of disjointed clips or what???

Isn’t he on MSNBC? What possible difference could it make what he discusses?

Chuck WHO?? Oh… Cindy beat me to it….

Chuck Todd’s probably just offended that Zimmerman got a trial at all. Like the rest of the left, he wishes that Zimmerman had just been handed over to the mob to let them dispense “justice.”

Obviously someone didn’t get the airtime he wanted… Whine and Moan some more Mr. Todd!

What a Mo.

I’ve loved the Zimmerman trial. It a glaring example of what happens to the left’s credibility when its outrage is confronted with the facts.

What TexasJew said.

I couldn’t care less about any of these true crime cute girl trials that monopolize the tv coverage. To me this trial is different. The government from the president on down is trying to criminalize armed self defense and volunteerism, and divide the people by race.

ESAD, Chuck Toad.

Oh, sorry. Was that harsh? My bad…

It’s just a local story. Why is the national press involved?

Maybe Chuck read a few of my tweets?

Hey @chucktodd Let’s do wall to wall coverage of a Florida murder trial rather than REAL ISSUES affecting all Americans. #sickofit

Hey @chucktodd and #MSNBC on wall to wall #zimmermantrial sorry, you’ve got your “marching orders” from the brass.
