Tsarnaev buried in an “undisclosed location”

posted at 1:35 pm on May 9, 2013 by

As I suggested earlier this week, the problem of interring Tamerlan Tsarnaev has been resolved with a big helping of discretion:

Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev has been buried in an undisclosed location outside the city of Worcester, police said Thursday after a frustrating weeklong search for a community willing to take the body.

“As a result of our public appeal for help, a courageous and compassionate individual came forward to provide the assistance needed to properly bury the deceased,” Worcester police said in a statement.

Sgt. Kerry Hazelhurst said the body was no longer in Worcester and is now entombed. Police did not specify where the body was taken.

Nor should they.  Better in this case to let sleeping dogs lie … in almost every sense of those terms.

I would check Hamden, Vermont.

I would also remind people that it was the uncle who was blocking shipping the body back to Dagestan. Yet, no one has the balls to ask him why.

Perhaps it was a quick-thinking entrepreneur who plans to erect an old-fashioned outhouse on the grave and charge admission.

Yesterday I read of a Vermont man who was offering the family plot in Connecticut for Tsarnaev’s burial. But the article says,

the body was no longer in Worcester and is now entombed.

… which could easily mean in an above-ground mausoleum.

No grass to p!$$ on – probably no particular point of focus, either.

Somewhere on the grounds of a pig farm would be a good final destination – if not just ground up into the slop for the pigs….

Perhaps he is the sanest of us all. He couldn’t cremate the body — for he is a Muslim after all, but he could assure that the body was buried with dignity in a place about which no jihadi will ever know.

Pig farm?

Oh, please! He’s not the first terrorist buried in Dagestan. When his jihadi pal from canada was killed by the russians, his father went there and had him buried in Dagestan with no fanfare.

As far as no jihadis knowing where he is buried, the entire family knows where he is buried.

I have to say your choice of language is creepy. Assure that he was buried with dignity? Sanest of us all? Obviously, the uncle is saner than you.
