Yes. How exactly does that get past the 14th amendment equal protection clause? I’m no lawyer (but I play one on TV).

In the end, there is no way to keep these “DEATH PANELS” from turning into the modern equivalent of Hitler’s “Final Solution” to be applied to political enemies and other groups who happen to be out of favor at a given moment.
