For me, chicken wings are effectively junk food. Fun to eat but little nutritional or energy value.

I think the wing is the worst part of the chicken you can eat. Decades ago I cut meat in my Dad’s store…we basically gave the wings away for nothing (hence the trend…that bar in Buffalo came up with a great idea using parts that cost them nothing). So now the wings are the most prized part of the bird. In the US we still use the white meat but grind the dark meat to mix with our hotdogs. Interesting that the Chinese like the dark meat and toss the white meat…

Of course, Super Bowls are days to celebrate enjoying as many different kinds of junk food as we can!

But the greater point is so true: we have more starving children, partially because of stupid discretionary laws.

Since there’s already been a SB XL, it’ll be a downsizing. All the football players will have dropped a size as per NFL and Obamacare mandates…
