I saw this a few days ago and it looks like the dog is just elaborately wiping his butt. In fact, that’s what she’s singing about, so it must be a common thing around the house.

As someone who has raised bulldogs; yeah, he’s just wiping/scratching his butt. Though, most animals who I’ve seen do this, usually scoot across a floor.
