Obama brings this up as the IPCC seems to be descending into chaos.
The “draft” of AR5, the next IPCC report, states that the “solar forcing” isn’t behaving as predicted, and there is more warming coming from “solar sources” (i.e. not man) than originally thought.

Cap it off with a new “peer-reviewed” study that shows that the increase in water vapor, mythically caused by CO2, that was supposed to cause most of the warming, isn’t showing in the data, as the level of water vapor has held steady for the last 50 years. The temperature is statically flat for the last 16 years.

This week, the FBI announced that violent crime dropped 4 percent in 2011, compared to a 5.5 percent drop in 2010. Nationally, the murder rate fell 1.9 percent from 2010, and robbery, forcible rape and assault fell 4 percent each. However, among the cities with the highest violent crimes rates, the trend is not entirely positive.
