As usual, the answers liberals give are often worse than the original issue. Damon acts like such a know-it-all and he doesn’t know who is writing his paycheck.

I may be forced to reconsider my opinion of those happily living off of govt. aid.

ahhhh, what’s wrong Matty? don’t want to bite the hand that pays your bills? another liberal hypocrite…

I swear he looks like Michael Douglas in “Falling Down”.

I bet he’d be shocked, just shocked to know how much funding oil companies give public television, too.

Uncomfortable.

I’ll never see another Matt Damon movie. I draw a line in the sand at pissing on the interests of the US.

See how Useful Idiots can also be Profitable Idiots.

I sas this quote from Matt Damon today: “Everyone knows that fracking poisons the air and water. We wanted to show how it tears apart local communities and subverts democracies and corrupts political leaders and eviscerates all the things that Americans value.”..Matt Damon.

So it’s not just that it pollutes the water, it destroys everything about America. that is one the stupidest statements I’ve ever read, which is saying a lot.

this useful tool is either brain damaged or lives in such a thick bubble he has not the slightest clue what goes on outside of NY-Boston-LA.

Julie, mmmmaaaaattt daaaaayyyymon isn’t your run-of-the-mill bubble-headed hollywood Leftist. He’s a dyed-in-the-wool Chomskyite. In fact I believe the two have been close friends for many years.

Hell run for something soon once his face gets too fat to play a leading role. Senator from MN would be perfect.

Team America was his best role, for sure.

Matt Damon can be a jerk sometimes but I think he handled this well.

Damon is only a hollywood punk who has sucked up and lucked out in the USA by being someone who he isn’t. Sadly the educational elitists who stopped eing educated in the early sixties have destroyed our children’s minds to the point that they believe damon and the rest of the hollywood lying homosexuals know what they are talking about. They are multimillionaire, spoiled, egomaniniacs, child abusers, drug addicts, with every type of deviant psychosis thrown into one pot. But, bottom line it is the millions of mouth breathing zombies who follow their every move and do what they are told to do by their obama plantation masters that is the problem. Stop supporting hollywood in any way you can. Christmas is a good start. Do not buy a bit of any hollywood connected trash that only finances these USA hating creeps like damon. Stay out of the movies, don’t buy the games. These democratic devils are rolling over you taxpaying, God fearing people, and with a smile on their face. They are doing, not talking. They are standing and fighting for their cause. All I see from the other side is whining, snide comments and cute little nicknames. Boy that really hurts their feelings. Do something or shut up and get out of the way. You will not be missed. They may even have a spot for you stacking confiscated guns and transporting children to education farms far away from their parent. They are crushing our rights and destroying our country, but the adults still buy their tshirts and crowd in to see their pornographic movies. Guess what your children are watching. Buy the looks of what just happened you don’t care.

Listening to that question was painful.

Great, another bunch of lies about fracking that will create believable urban myths much the same as Silent Spring did about pesticides. Damon’s so called facts about fracking have been thrown out in courts as unsubstantiated in law suits brought by the eco nuts. Yes, there are still some sane judges in the country. I’m sure there are a lot of depressed communities that would love to have an oil company come to their areas and provide jobs in the field. Go to ND if you want to see the growth that’s happened.

That exemplifies what Democrats and other $hitty politicians do, including some Republicans.
How ironic.

I saw this quote from Matt Damon today: “Everyone knows that…”

juliesa on December 6, 2012 at 9:41 PM

The first clue that a lie will follow.

Fallon on December 7, 2012 at 8:47 AM

how about them apples

burserker on December 7, 2012 at 9:26 AM

Awkward but probably true. He didn’t produce the movie so he probably wouldn’t have looked into how it was funded.

Anyway it doesn’t matter – it’s an important story with high truthiness, m’kay?

CorporatePiggy on December 7, 2012 at 10:29 AM

So basically he was ignorant of the fact he was being heavily funded by middle eastern oil concerns.

It’s understandable really since such things can be complicated and but it does undercut political message of the film.
