Yeah it is always funny when you have Repubs like Bluegill agreeing with Lester.

Temperment and message discipline have done us NO GOOD in the last few elections. Maybe we need some people who don’t have the Repub temperment to take the fight to the Dems using their own playbook.

Allen West is right on many issues, but he doesn’t have the temperament, message discipline and qualifications to be president. Just like with Sarah Palin, we can like a politician, but not want to see them as our nominee for president.

I definitely agree that the “shut up” line made him look like a jackass. I can’t stand people who say that others have no right to comment on a situation involving war unless they have been in battle themselves.

There’s actually very good evidence that leftists, in fact, ARE racist. And sexist. And not just the bigotry of low expectations or of conforming to the will of the Democrat plantation (or else you’re an “Uncle Tom”, or “not really a woman”, or whatever), though they’ve of course got that in spades. Institutionalized racism is far worse than the absurd “racist but you don’t know it and it only shows through in phrases that are innocuous most of the time but not when a Republican says it” nonsense they’ve resorted to using against us.

We’ve got far more on them than they could ever get on us. Might as well point out their bigotry every chance we get.

I like Allen West and I don’t think he was comparing himself to Lincoln, he simply using the Lincoln example as inspiration to keep fighting. Lots of great American leaders had bad setbacks before they became great.

I wholeheartedly agree. The ONLY thing I admire about Democrats is their ability to rally around their candidate(s). Republicans form circles to shoot at theirs.

IDK, how about someone with ideas? Someone with a vision that isn’t just “lets not do what we have been doing”? How about a guy that runs on accomplishing something? Thats how you actually win elections.

I love it. Please run, Allen West. If he is the nominee, Hillary Clinton or Andrew Cuomo will have the least expensive campaign in history. The Democrats won’t need to buy attack ads; just make sure the camera is rolling on him 24/7 and the Easter bunnies will practically melt themselves.
