Via News Busters, my favorite part here is his little disclaimer that “this has no bearing on the Republican Party” right before he goes full Godwin. It’s not a commentary on the GOP, mind you, just something he sort of stumbled across in his mental travels.

I haven’t watched the video yet, but his behavior in this election makes our old friend Olbermann seem a model of sober restraint and judgement in comparison. it’s disturbing to watch a fairly sane man go completely nutso.

This stuff is not limited to Matthews. I thought the Facebook liberals would calm down after Obama won, but it’s much worse now. They feel emboldened–sure that their view of the world is correct and they want to ram it down the throat of everyone else.
