Funny, I thought that was a university in Ithaca, NY.

Well I can think of a couple of reasons to vote for her.

To paraphrase Julia Roberts in the movie “Erin Brockovich”, they’re called boobs.

She does seem to be following in John Edwards’ footsteps, with the exception of the Senate seat.

Ok here is My take on Petraeus -CIA-Triage. I have No sympathy. He knew the rules, he knew he was breaking them. How many times in his career did he take action against a subordinate for the same action? This goes for General Allen and Ltc Broadwell.
It’s a slander against all the men and woman that serve this country, some giving their lives and played by the rules. Yet these people we want to give a pass solely because they are petty demagogs.
I’ve said it before but keep it in mind. Full Cornel is the highest rank in the Army. General Ranks are Congressional Appointment. Congress gives and Congress can take it away. At any time. Broadwell is an actively participating Ltc in the Army reserves and as such is subject for violations of the UCMJ even if it is outside her position in the Army Reserves.

Again I ask how many careers of people did they end that did the same thing.

Do you have a reading comprehension problem? Where exactly do I mention Petraeus? It’s sometimes helpful if you read the links that Ed attached to his post i.e. The Boston Globe.

I think Petraeus had a good take on a senate run by her. By resume she would have been a good candidate. But it’s clear from the group they were all running in that she would be a very poor fit for North Carolina. On top of it she was not a NC native.

I would say any Republican moneymen who approached her must have been very liberal ones and not too bright.
