Broadwell’s father says there’s more to the story

posted at 10:36 am on November 12, 2012 by

You know, he’s probably right, but I’m not sure if that’s going to turn out well for his daughter, either:

But Broadwell’s father said Sunday his daughter is the victim of character assassination and implied the bombshell story is just a smoke screen for something bigger.

“This is about something else entirely, and the truth will come out,” Broadwell’s dad, Paul Krantz, told the Daily News outside his home in Bismarck, N.D.

“There is a lot more that is going to come out,” said Krantz, claiming he was not allowed to elaborate. “You wait and see. There’s a lot more here than meets the eye.”

He said he supports his daughter “100%.”

Dads never want to believe their darling daughters misbehaved.

Mitsouko on November 12, 2012 at 10:52 AM

He stands beside his daughters actions? Really?
And if his wife did the same thing he would think,..what?

Mimzey on November 12, 2012 at 10:58 AM

Dear ol’ dad’s proper response should be:

Paula, you ignorant SLUT!

Shepherd Lover on November 12, 2012 at 10:58 AM

“This is about something else entirely, and the truth will come out,”

you don’t say… I think Mr Broadwell here has more faith in this administration’s ability to tell the truth than the rest of us

BTW, fix the spelling in the title…

Its bad enough my name is close to Ms. Broadwell, but the link from the green room has that spelt wrong also… Happens ALL time.

While I am willing to believe there is more to the story, he might have wanted to quantify the 100% support.

I hope he’s right.

Somebody in this equation needs to hire Gloria Allred.

Mitsouko on November 12, 2012 at 11:09 AM

He’s right. Put the meme on hold.

there were more than just Libyan militia members who were held and interrogated by CIA contractors at the CIA annex in the days prior to the attack. Other prisoners from additional countries in Africa and the Middle East were brought to this location.

The Libya annex was the largest CIA station in North Africa, and two weeks prior to the attack, the CIA was preparing to shut it down.

You can 100% disapprove of your children’s actions and still support them 100% through hardship. Support and approval are not always the same.

Thats true, but he seems to imply that the “more” that there is will somehow vindicate or mitigate the actions of his daughter.

I think we’re going to spend the next four years learning the details of everything hidden during the last four years.

She’s apparently a very accomplished, impressive woman, yet I sense a “crazy b!tch” vibe there too. Sorry to pull out the “b” word. Sometimes going ghetto works. :)

Having an affair with a married man sort of sets a person up for it!

I do think this entire debacle is a smokescreen for Benghazi, but it all likelihood it will probably work against the Obama because scandal is an easily seen red thread to pull and unravel BHO’s web.

Somewhere I saw the comment, “Nixon was re-elected, too.”

INC on November 12, 2012 at 2:50 PM

As a woman I find it “fascinated” there everyone is ready to call Paula Broadwell all sorts of nasty names but yet seem to reserve judgment on General Petraeus (maybe General Betray Us wasn’t far from wrong).

Don’t get me wrong, the affair was WRONG. However it takes two to tango. Petraeus was suppose to have extraordinary judgment; so extraordinary that he was appointed head of the CIA. He’s AS guilty as Broadwell.

and the 50 million people who voted for him and the US Media care? I think not.
