Why Is Obama Getting Credit For Hurricane Sandy Again?

posted at 2:45 pm on November 6, 2012 by

I see water that hasn’t been delivered by the feds. I see generators not being re-allocated. And I’m not the only one. Here’s Rudy Giuliani on Fox just a few minutes ago literally laughing at the idea that Obama, and his FEMA department, are doing a good job.

Photo-op complete. Seeya suckas!! Oh BTW – make sure ya vote for me and mah peeps. or else.

HomeoftheBrave on November 6, 2012 at 2:49 PM

What’s the name of the FEMA Director?

Does anyone know, or do you, like me, have to look it up?

Why isn’t FEMA standing in front of reporters or live cameras giving out the plan and what’s being done?

Doing a great job, whatever your name is.

Kanye West still not available for comment….

Turtle317 on November 6, 2012 at 2:51 PM

Because the media is desperate to get him reelected. So Obama does a photo-op and all of a sudden he’s “Presidential”. Chris Christie opening his fat hole and providing him cover didn’t help matters.

Doughboy on November 6, 2012 at 2:53 PM

Because the media are working for Obama’s campaign.

Put an R next to Obama’s name, and the media would have badgered him for weeks as to whether it’s appropriate to campaign while NY/NJ is in tatters.

Ted Torgerson on November 6, 2012 at 3:26 PM

Very simple…he went on TV and said:

“At my direction, FEMA is doing such and such.”

He said “at my direction.” That’s leadership.

Youngs98 on November 6, 2012 at 4:03 PM

Because that was one hell of a Laurel and Hardy Show.

bayview on November 6, 2012 at 4:04 PM

On the bright side…just think if he loses today. Maybe the floodgates will open on this guy.

Youngs98 on November 6, 2012 at 4:04 PM

Because Chris Christie said he was outstanding and he’s a “Republican” so it must be true. I suppose the people of NJ could eat Chris Christie if FEMA doesn’t come through.

magicbeans on November 6, 2012 at 4:08 PM

Why? Because it’s mainly white people who are affected by the storm?

That’s the only difference I see here between Katrina and Sandy and how the federal government responded.

Sandy’s destruction is nowhere near what happened with Katrina, yet FEMA still can’t handle the most basic functions.

People should be very, very, very happy that Sandy wasn’t as powerful as Katrina or it would be a real-life nightmare up there. (More than it is already)

I’m sure Kanye would have something to say, right?

Christie gave him cover, like all good progressive (R)s do.

Why Is Obama Getting Credit For Hurricane Sandy Again?

what is, “they (the LSM) have to give him credit for something to get him re-elected?”
